Product Manager
Baril Coatings USA is growing, and we’re looking for a Product Manager who’s ready to help shape the future of our business and product portfolio.
For decades, Baril Coatings has developed high-performance coating solutions that protect, enhance, and deliver real value to customers across multiple industries. We’ve pioneered innovative chemistries that increase productivity while simultaneously decreasing energy use in manufacturing environments.
As our business continues to expand, we’re searching for a strategic, data-driven, and commercially minded Product Manager who can help guide product strategy, identify new opportunities, and work across teams to bring ideas to market.
This role works closely with sales, technical, and manufacturing teams to translate customer insights, market data, and operational realities into product and pricing decisions that support business growth.
The right candidate will be comfortable working with data, navigating the complexity of markets, and helping shape a product portfolio to support long-term business strategies.
Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in the chemical industry (ideally in coatings), including product management, strategic pricing, or related commercial roles.

Example of Duties
- Researches, develops, plans, and executes on product roadmap and lifecycle strategy to ensure customer needs, volume targets, and profit margins are met or exceeded.
- Manages the day-to-day product life cycle process and tasks to ensure customer and profit goals are achieved.
- Develops product segmentation and pricing strategies based on customer size/type and associated product solutions and pricing that fit their specific needs.
- Reviews and recommends cost reductions, product changes, and margin-improvement initiatives to optimize the profitability of the product lines.
- Partners with Sales to understand customer pain points and emerging application needs to ensure product purchasing plans are aligned.
