Bariline™ 628 - 2.8 VOC High Gloss Alkyd Enamel
| 628 Series Alkyd Enamel is recommended for industrial use on primed or unprimed metal surfaces that require cost-effective, one-coat industrial alkyd applications. With its quick dry time, fast turnaround in a shop setting may be achieved. Suitable applications include metal fabrication, heavy duty equipment, agricultural equipment, and industrial equipment. This product contains no HAPs and has less than 2.8 lbs/gal VOCs per EPA Method 24. It has excellent substrate wetting properties. Engineered to provide application flexibility and can be used as a single component or can be catalyzed with ACT913 to increase long-term properties. |
Bariline™ 645 - Rapid Dry Acrylic Modified DTM Enamel
| 645 Series Acrylic modified DTM enamel is recommended for industrial use on primed or un-primed metal surfaces that require cost-effective, premium industrial applications. Acrylic Modification provides an upgrade in performance over standard alkyd, with improved gloss retention during the service life. With excellent DOI and rapid dry properties, it is suitable for applications on metal fabrication, heavy duty equipment, agricultural equipment, and industrial equipment. This product contains HAPs and has less than 4.5 lbs/gal VOCs per EPA Method 24. It has excellent substrate wetting properties. Bariline™ 711 - Semi-Gloss Air Dry Enamel
Bariline 711 is a high-performance HAPS-free, Semi-Gloss enamel. 711 has been designed to offer an attractive semi-gloss finish in light to moderate environments. Engineered to provide application flexibility, as it can be used as supplied or it can be catalyzed with ACT-952 to increase hardness and flexibility. This product wets out the surface well, so it can be used as a direct-to-metal finish. Bariline™ 711 offers good UV resistance for stable color and gloss retention. This product is recommended for commercial and industrial use on machinery, trailers, containers, implements, structures, and vehicles. Use for applications where moderate color and gloss retention are expected, along with an attractive satin finish.
Bariline™ 750 - Phenolic Modified Alkyd Primer
Bariline 750 Alkyd Primer offers excellent protection against corrosion in most light to moderate industrial and exterior environments. It is non-lifting and exhibits very good adhesion to properly prepared ferrous metals. Offers good exterior durability for short-term shop primer use. Contains lead and chromate-free anti-corrosive pigments for excellent corrosion resistance. Bariline 750 has low VOC content. This product is specifically designed as a very good performance, production primer for Baril systems.
